GotPrint - Terrible
Received my collector cards and they are all off centered because they cut the cards wherever they wanted! They obviously don’t check their work before shipping. Won’t ever use again! I’ve gave them many chances and I’m done. Getting your money back is horrible too! Don’t use! You truly get what you pay for!

Overall really liked my postcards and stickers I ordered from them. The quality was good and they arrived on time based on the tracking info they email to you.

I do wish they had cheap and fast shipping options. The have faster options but they can get pricey based on the weight of your package.

They added Economy shipping, which is cheaper, but takes a long time since the post office has to send them out.

Ended up calling customer service to see where my order was and they told me the same info that was on the tracking number.

I will probably order from them again, but way in advance so I can get cheaper shipping but still have my cards on time.

GotPrint is a SCAM. No question

I was a professional graphic designer and photographer for years. I know my way around proper dpi, bleeds, etc.

I’ve used GotPrint for dozens of orders when quality wasn’t important to a customer (quantity > quality). GotPrint is NEVER consistent in quality. You can not rely on them to get it right..ever...in fact, expect them to screw it up most of the time and be happy when they surprise you with a decent order. Sometimes they’re great, most of the time they’re OK, and sometimes THEY ARE AWFUL.

They don’t quality control check your files. They screw up your stuff and then print whatever they feel and ship it to you and then you’re out money Bc they don’t refund you or reprint. Ever. They’re completely unhelpful and unsympathetic.

They’ll tell you in a dozen different ways why the customer is at fault and not them. They carry out unethical business practices! If you complain to their quality control dept., they’ll delete your account and keep your money! How about that for customer service?

If you like being stolen from and having your ability/intelligence insulted - order from them.

They’re essentially crooks (promise something and not deliver, cheat & steal your $). Sad but true.

A week ago we ordered some some fliers and a poster for the Expo we were participating. We informed them that everything has to be in our office by October 26, 2017 because the Expo was opening on October 26, 2017.

The one day delay will turn all printed material into useless garbage. the confirmed that everything will be on time. On October 24, 2017 they informed us that the material even didn't go into print and will be delivered into our office in TWO WEEKS.

We asked them to cancel and there is no response from them. As soon as we demanded the refund they said they have shipped the order, even 5 minutes ago they stated the order had a problem and will be ship into 10 to 14 business days

3 cases of expensive unusable garbage. Worthless Guarantee.

My wife just ordered 5000 brochures. They are way too dark, completely unusable and something that no professional printer would ever let off of the site without verification.

I worked in imaging for over 37 years, I would have never accepted a job this bad, and none of my customers would have either. Before doing a print run with this bad an image, I would have verified with the customer that this was or wasn't what they wanted. My wife called and complained. The best that they will do is do a reprint for 30 percent off.

They blamed her for submitting the image in RGB not CMYK. That is verifiable by any printer with any qualifications prior to printing. EPIC FAIL GOTPRINT. My wife does photographic restoration, and printing.

She would never run a job this bad. We have redone several jobs at no cost to the customer that were less than 10 percent as wrong as this.

My wife verified the image when it was ordered. What is now on the screen is completely different.

If your wife does photographic restoration, and printing then why in the world would she not know about an image needing to be in CMYK or that the quality/resolution of that image needed to be set up for a print job. It sounds like the reason on screen it looked differently than what was printed was because she was setting the file up for web/screen application. This is a very basic thing that the both of you should know.

I had 1000 oversized bookmarks printed by them. Double-sided high gloss.

Both sides were different. They even fixed a typo for me. They used heavy stock. I needed the order shipped priority.

They only charged me $46. They really did nice work. The coloring was spot on.

I would deal with them again. They have Vista Print beat BY A MILE.

Poor quality product and terrible customer service

I have been doing business with GotPrint.com every since Vista Print's quality took a nose dive. I have been exceptionally happy with GotPrint.com until today. My new business cards arrived with the colors completely off and worse, the card had rough edges at the top. Quality Control's response says that "a strong color and the 14pt. uncoated sometimes gives the final product these rough edges." They didn't tell me this when they sent me my proof. The order with shipping was $30 and they are offering me a $7 discount to reorder. Per their request, I sent them pictures of the defective cards. I refused and asked for a full refund. I received a return call from a supervisor that said he would continue the issue with quality control (like that is a real department) just as previous CSR's claimed. He then asked if I would be willing to send back the defective cards at my expense. I told him that GOTPRINT.com can keep my $30 as the time to get a fair solution is not worth it. I just opened an apparel company which will require a significant amount of print. GOTPRINT.com just lost all of that business over $30. Very unprofessional and insensitive. Moving on!

Order number: us-gp-100-******** I ordered 5 sets of business cards 1-4 (500 pieces) sets which turned out purple instead of royal blue, and for some reason they printed those first, then the 5th set (2500 pieces) was printed a week later even though i ordered all 1-5 sets at the same time with the same file same color just different names for employees. So basically the first set was purple i called in to complain and have it fixed, i emailed them and they replied back that my colors were off,and offered me $20 off to reorder full price!!!

Now keep in mind ive never had a problem with gotprint before, ive ordered over 40 times with them. i go off their final proof which showed blue. Which is cool because you dont have to convert it to see its final print. Anyways i called in and talked to jeff whixh he said to wait and see the 5th set and see if it was different, and guess what, it was blue, i sent an email and recieved the same reply that it was my fault because my colors were off, one set is purple the other is blue how is that my fault.

I suggested in the email i would recieve credit for the purple ones toward a future order and was denied. Anyways here are pictures you can decide for yourself i attached the final proof from their site and a couple a took with my phone.

If you're lucky and they don't mess up your order, you will think they are fine. BUT if they screw up - which they do, often - then you will learn they do not give a *** about the customer. They printed an order correctly, but cut it completely wrong. I contacted them to let them know they cut incorrectly and they tried to blow me off making a claim that they do not guarantee cutting. How absurd. You can SEE the outline in the proof and that's not what I received. I finally got them to agree to a reprint the order. HOWEVER when they sent the reprint they purposefully cut it far worse on the other side. What's worse is they added a note in the box pointing out their (no kidding!!!). Clearly they were seeking some kind of sick "pay back" for my complaint, but rather than just do the reprint properly they deliberately reprinted them far worse, sent a hand drawn note to point out what they did like a "***" message. Now they are refusing to do a second reprint. I bet they are just laughing and laughing at themselves because they think it's a hilarious joke. Wow. That's so incredibly *** I can't even comprehend how a company can behave like that. I thought it was probably just 1 or 2 people in the company that did this, thinking they were oh so clever. But now I have read online reviews it seems that the entire company behaves this way. I'm shocked. We were about to print a magazine, 12,000 copies - we will be using another company now.

So 5 years almost 6 I had a on the job injury at Got Print, and basically totally wiped out my neck. With the company not talking abit of responsibility totally bending state HR to the limit which, after they tryed the well starve him to death game, which I won after 2 years but state laws on disibity noware close to what I would have made,where they took to there own handbook to get me fired as soon as the FMLA.

Cicked in..( the very next day) 6 years of Dr. Visits... GOTPRINT Oh well *** let's go ahead and slam it...maybe they might loose 1 Set of business cards, Cali roots is the most non ethical, borderline or just actually down right breaking whatever laws to be there...job- seekers beware... Coustomers even closer I mean this is how I ended up...as the shop bindery manager...it got worse was even threatened with my job if I didn't fire someone just because she was a distraction because she was cute..

(Got Print)....be careful share it, leave it out there...I'm basically almost done...

nothing else to do...But because of me now being disabled...the VA doing my surgery every single one of you are now paying to keep me alive...also found out that they have 3500$ or so of my $$$in a 401 or a profit share that I don't know a *** thing about but social security *** sure does...maybe I get a calm and relaxing letter telling me how sorry they are...yea right!! Got or have a reaction let me know...I have a 5 in thick set of medical records...and personnel to back up everything...

Went thru workers comp wile under treatment and received compensation...as low as things are I finally got the VA to handle it..now 2 surgeries later and 1more to go I hope. I do get SSI which is about the same I used to make in a month...better than nothing..they just use up their employees and kick them to the curb...I was a Bindery manager...you would not believe what I saw..

1. You shouldn't have been seeking "disability".

You should have been compensated through your state's workers' compensation system. Two entirely different things.

2. It doesn't matter whether or not the company cares to admit that your injury was job related. This would be fairly easy to prove with the required preponderance of evidence if you are correct.

3. Perhaps the company has failed to pay the required taxes to said workers' compensation system and is desperate to conceal their malfeasance. That would be a criminal action.

4. Having proven your claim for the maximum amount / time period ne:$ for workers' comp, it is now time to file for disability through Social Security (if in fact you have suffered a permanently disabling condition - the rules are fairly strict.)

5.

You will be required to provide documentation so it is vital that you establish and maintain a paper trail.

Request copies of everything you can get from every service provider you can recall before you begin the filing procedure.

Unacceptable issues with this company

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER IMAGINABLE. DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS PRINT COMPANY.

THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!! AND THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE HAPPY!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES DO NOT HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE WHAT SO EVER!! Let me start off with saying I understand file formats completely, I understand print, cmky, and everything that has to do with professional print, it was part of my digital media arts education to understand all that.

I read the instructions, I made positively sure the file was at the proper 300-350 dpi as well as making it .1 larger. The order was sent in on a monday around 2p.m. I understand that 2 o'clock is late in the day, HOWEVER IF THE CUSTOMER PUTS A RUSH ORDER ON THE ORDER AND PAYS EXTRA MONEY common sense would denote that you should make sure to get back to the customer if anything is wrong with the order ASAP. This company did not get back to my girlfriend and I until the next day tuesday to tell me that I needed to reupload the file, I don't understand why but I did it anyways.

I then checked the file and NOTHING I repeat NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE FILE OR THE FORMAT. SO THIS TIME INSTEAD OF GIVING THEM A .JPEG FILE I THEN GAVE THEM THE FULL .PSD FILE, this is my 2nd attempt to get the file into print. A LITTLE BIT LATER I GET THE SAME RIDICULOUS EMAIL THAT THE FILE IS INCORRECT AND THAT I NEED TO REUPLOAD THE FILE!! FIRST, I UPLOAD THE FILE INTO ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR DO THE NECESSARY CHECKS AND EXPORT OUT AN ILLUSTRATOR FILE, SOMETHING I KNOW IS VERY WIDELY USED IN PRINT.

I THEN SEND THEM THE ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR FILE. THIS IS MY 3RD ATTEMPT TO GET THE FILE INTO PRODUCTION. A LITTLE BIT LATER I GET THE SAME RIDICULOUS EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY TELLING ME I NEED TO REUPLOAD THE FILE. THE PIXELS PER INCH NEVER CHANGED THEY STAYED AT THE NECESSARY 300, NOTHING CHANGED IN THE FILES OTHER THAN THE FORMAT THAT WAS EXPORTED.

AFTER THE 3RD ATTEMPT TO PUT INTO PRODUCTION MY FLIERS WHICH I PAID A RUSH ORDER ON, AND THEM TELLING ME TO CHECK MY FILE, I AM READY TO QUIT AND GO TO FEDEX KINKOS TO GET THE FLIERS PRINTED, BUT MY GIRLFRIEND TRIED ONE MORE TIME, USING THE ORIGINAL .JPEG FILE WE USED AND SOMEHOW THEY USED THAT ONE, THE MOST COMPRESSED FILE IS WHAT THEY USED TO MAKE THE PRINT WITH!!!!!!! COMPLETELY BOGGLES MY MIND. ANYWAY, IT WAS NOW TOO LATE IN THE DAY FOR THE FLIERS TO GET PUT INTO PRINT SO THE ORDER NOW GOT MOVED TO WEDNESDAY. REMEMBER THIS WHOLE TIME WE HAD SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY TO RUSH THE ORDER THROUGH BECAUSE WE NEEDED THOSE FLIERS TO HAND OUT IMMEDIATELY.

So my girlfriend calls and the customer service rep. on wednesday and checks with them that the file is good and he says it is FINALLY good to go. She also wanted to make sure that we can still pick up our order by friday, he says yes that should be fine, so we are happy with that, we think we will have the whole weekend to hand out the fliers to everyone. Because the weekends are when everyone is out and about, so the weekend is a crucial time to be able to hand out fliers.

BOY WERE WE WRONG!!!!! We call Friday around 11 to see what the status of the order was, and the service representative said they were printed and they are drying and they would call us when the order was ready to be picked up. WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE COMPANY AT 4:15 ON A FRIDAY FROM BURBANK STATING THAT WE COULD COME PICK UP OUR ORDER, BUT THAT THEY CLOSE AT 5!!!!!!!!ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS?? SO WE HAVE ESSENTIALLY 45 MIN.

TO DRIVE ALLLLLLLL THE WAY OUT TO BURBANK TO GET THE ORDER. WE DO NOT LIVE EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO BURBANK, IT WOULD'VE TAKEN US ROUGHLY 90 MINUTES TO MAKE IT OUT TO PICK UP THE ORDER, WHICH WAS LONG AFTER THE COMPANY WOULD BE CLOSE!!!!! (INSTANCE NUMBER ONE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. NOT I SAID NOT USING AN SHRED OF COMMON SENSE) SO I AM FAIRLY IRRITATED TO SAY THE LEAST BY THIS POINT, AN ORDER WE STARTED ON MONDAY, DID NOT EVEN GET PUT INTO PRINT UNTIL WEDNESDAY, AND WAS NOT EVEN PRINTED UNTIL FRIDAY, WAS NOW READY AT THE HEART OF THE WORST TRAFFIC TIME OF L.A.

RIGHT AT 4 O'CLOCK, ANYONE AT ALL THAT LIVES OR KNOWS OF LA KNOWS THAT IT TAKES 20 MINUTES JUST TO MAKE IT 5 MILES DOWN THE FREEWAY AT 4 O'CLOCK ON ANY AFTERNOON LET ALONE A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. SO WE LET THEM KNOW THAT WE WILL COME BY ON SATURDAY TO PICK UP THE ORDER. WE HANG UP THE PHONE. THE LADY ON THE PHONE COMPLETELY UTTERLY AND MISERABLY FAILED TO MENTION THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP OUR RUSHED ORDER OF FLIERS ON SATURDAY!!

WHY BECAUSE THAT IS A SEPARATE BUILDING WHERE THE FINISHED AND PAID FOR ORDERS ARE PLACED AND THAT BUILDING IS LOCKED ON THE WEEKENDS. SO HERE WE ARE 6 DAYS AFTER PAYING FOR AND RUSHING OUR ORDER AND WE CAN NOT EVEN GET THE FLIERS UNTIL MONDAY NOW. Monday came and a friend went and picked up the fliers, in response to our troubles they said the product had 2 days to print after approval, the 2nd way was that Friday, and the order was ready for pick up that day, yeah IT WAS READY IN THE LAST 30 MINUTES OF THE DAY!! PATHETIC!

THEY CONSIDER THE LAST 30 MINUTES OF THE DAY TIME FOR AN ORDER TO BE READY AND PICKED UP IN BURBANK!!??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! THIS COMPANY OVERCHARGED US, THEY CHARGED US FOR SERVICES WHICH THEY WERE INCAPABLE OF PRODUCING AND THEY COMPLETELY FAILED AT. THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY EVER IMAGINABLE.

A FIVE YEAR OLD COULD RUN A BETTER PRINT OPERATION FROM HIS TOY PEN IN THE GARAGE THAN THIS COMPANY CAN. Not that Pissed anymore

I had an order issue with GotPrint. My letter heads and postcard colors were off. One was darker than the other, so I contacted their QC team very frustrated as this was for the company I work at it. The rep explained why the color came out that way and what I could do to fix it. SO I fixed the color values as instructed and reprinted them and to my surprise, it was perfect. I was pissed at first because it made me look bad but once I looked into the files, it made sense. I'm just happy someone took the time to talk to me and explain the issue. I will be using them in the future simply because of their responsive customer service and low prices.

Reordered flyers from the same templates that they used 2 years ago and the color is completely different, the design on one flyer is not a circle anymore!!! They have all kind of excuses and cannot guarantee that the color will be the same even if you reorder 24 hours later! They will not acknowledge any fault on their part, but you would think they could reprint a flyer the same color and with the same shapes! They used to do a good job 2 years ago but now it seems like it is a different company altogether! Customer service is totally worthless and does not seem to care at all!

Avoid this company implicitly. They do not care about trying to salvage a customer by actually trying to help. The responses to problems are canned responses and do not attempt to help the customer. Stay away...Even though initial costs look good, once you go through the processes that they establish and you get your products, any issues are resolved by telling you what you did wrong rather than offering to make it right. Terrible, terrible customer service. Business cards should not be this difficult. When using their own templates to create a card, the site prompted me that my design was too large for the printable area...So I reduced the size to the minimum size that allowed the prompt to go away. What I got was a card with white borders that should have been color to the edges. Initially I had contacted them to duplicate another card they had produced previously only to have them tell me that I had to inputting a new card from scratch . How hard would it have been to pull up a previous order...Apparently too hard for this company.

Pissed off designer.

I tried to use their site to make business cards for a friend because they are really cheap. I am a graphic designer and have made tons of items and gotten them printed for people before. I make the cards I wanted and submitted them, but got an email saying they needed to be fixed because I didn't leave enough bleed. I had left it and even left extra room, but it wasn't enough. I then tried to use their template, but when I uploaded it, it stretched out and cut off information. I ended up going to a site I know and used my same design and got exactly what I wanted. Now some Bacon Ipsum. Spicy jalapeno bacon ipsum dolor amet ground round in drumstick, biltong landjaeger sunt magna. Frankfurter chuck turducken, jerky non porchetta eu ham ut boudin in occaecat pariatur short loin. Aute short loin consequat occaecat cupim. Pariatur andouille occaecat adipisicing nisi mollit quis tail.
