Resolved: GotPrint retaliated against a complaint

We've been a part of GotPrint's broker (reseller) program for over 10 years. We design the business cards, Gotprint prints them. Today we asked for a better understanding of why our print files aren't print worthy and why we should pay an up charge to see a screenshot of what they see on their end. We wanted to see what they saw because we weren't seeing it on our end.
In the 10 years with Gotprint/Printography, we've gone through *** prints, files not being processed, packaging mishaps, and missing prints. We remained loyal brokers.
Today, the rude CSR supervisor, Laurie (refused to give her last name) couldn't provide a responsible solution to the issue we were having and she retaliated against us by cancelling our existing orders in *** and cancelling our broker program immediately after we got off the phone.
We've already pushed customer timelines back with this latest print issue and now our we're scrambling to fill our customers orders.
We're sharing our experience with others so you're not caught in this same "fix". Gotprint is a business just like we are, albeit much bigger, they didn't provide customer service to resolve the issue and retaliated against us when we refused to pay the upcharge for a screenshot. They have truly negatively affected our budding business.
