Poor turnaround time and customer service

Literal Worst
If you need zero customer service, it's mostly fine. Their editor is buggy and not great, but can be manageable if you are ok spending time.
The second you need a human to help with anything, it's painful.
The support staff are generally clueless, full of unhelpful non-solutions.
It's cheaper than Vistaprint, but now, I don't care. I'm finding another options.

Sloppy cutting of business cards
They screwed up cutting on TWO sets of business cards and tried to blame me. It's clear it's their error since it was an identical mistake on 2 different cards which were sized manually and covered the bleed by 2 different amounts.
I've ordered tons of stuff from them and never had a problem until now.
All the stuff I ordered in the past was one solid color around the border so it wasn't an issue, but this one required careful cutting and they failed terribly. I would never recommend them again to anyone.

If you are planning on having decent personal business cards this is not the place.
They send me a very nice file with samples that don't match the reality when you get your order.

Before a "rep" (hahaha) from GotPrint only answers complaints like this with what's your order number, here it is so you can skip that step: US-GP-100-********
Multiple issues: 1. Dramatic left shift, entire card is off center 2. Poorly cut, not a clean edge in the whole box of 500 3. 90% of these cards have a weird crease, like a heavy roller wheel mark under the logo circle 4. Bottom edge is obviously slanted, easily seen 5. Magenta color chosen from their web designer, received a dark purple 6. Black streak across 40% of cards top edge like a dirty handed ink smear.
Stay away from GotPrint - use literally anyone else.
I will not accept anything less than a full refund of all money paid. If GotPrint wants this trash back, they must send me a prepaid label. Non-negotiable.

Complete Incompetence, No Quality Control, Worst Customer Service.
This is one of the worst printing companies I have ever dealt with. Placed an order on December 18.
Needing them for January 5. Got the order on 12/21... complete garbage. Score lines in the back of cards, ink flaking off, cards cut off centered...
just garbage. Made a quality control ticket, they AGREED that the cards were bad and started reprinting them. They told me that the quality control department agreed to overnight the new ones to me so I can have them today, January 4th. Well, they did not.
The tracking says they will be here on January 9th. PAST THE DATE that I needed them by. This company has the worst customer service when THEY mess up the order. If it is important, don't trust GotPrint .
I had to get them printed this morning through a local printer. They are charging me a rush fee of $90 plus the printing. Not only did Got Print send out a horrible print job that they had to reprint, but they sent out the reprint not as promised, and I am out even more money so I can get them in time.
Now I am on chat waiting for a supervisor to call me. What complete incompetence!

Customer support is borderline rude and lacks training
So I generally have no issues figuring out how to navigate an e-commerce site. In this case, I just completed a business card design (that part of the website is actually decent) but could not add to their shopping cart until I created an account.
Maybe I should have been prompted to create an account before designing the business card. What do you think? Anyway, I tried their online chat who kept giving me incomplete and likely inaccurate instructions. I tried sending a screen capture from Windows Snipping tool but the only chat only supports text / HTML so I couldn't do that.
When I explained what I am seeing, not more than 3 minutes into it does the support rep tell me to call in for support. I ended the chat session and while I got through relatively quickly, it was clear this person either lacked the vocabulary to explain to me what to click on or did not know themselves. At one point, I just gave up and said I'll try later. Turns out, all you had to do was click on a relatively small link under "Order Products" after clicking the "My Account" Link.
The problem with both the online and the phone support was they were telling me to click on the "Order Products' link which is incorrect as you first have to retrieve your saved design.
I was very clear about the fact that I had a saved design I was trying to add to their shopping cart. If anyone with intelligence at GotPrint reads this, please provide your support associates with proper training as well as phone / chat etiquette as clearly this is lacking.

Thank you for the information. The cards you ordered have a 3-5 business day production time and shipped 5/29.
The reason that you have not received the order yet is because the shipping method selected was the Economy Shipping which can take 7-14 business days to arrive. According to the tracking information on the order, it should be delivered by 6/14. For your information, if Standard shipping had been selected, based on the shipping address for the order, it would have been a 3 business day ship time.
If you have any further questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service department, we will make sure that you receive the service you should have previously. Thank you
You did not ship them on 5/29, all you did was mark the item as shipped on 5/29 and created the label. UPS did not receive the shipment until 6/10.
Again 3.5 weeks (18 business days, IF I receive them on 6/14 as you stated) is absurd for 100 business cards. Regardless, I wasn't even that upset until I spoke with your customer service department. My 1 star review stands validated, your solution to my review is to inform me that I should've paid extra for shipping and to call customer service again, which I remind you was not a great experience the first time, so why would I want to call again? Just to recap, I do plan not use your company again for business cards due to the times you have set for production/shipping (other companies with the same quality have a faster turnaround time).
I will not use your company for any other promotional items because of your poor customer services. I have zero desire or time to deal with that.
You had an opportunity to change my mind, unfortunately your solution (pay extra for shipping next time and try calling customer service again) is not a solution that will change my opinion on the way you operate. I will not use or recommend GotPrint.
Hello, can you please provide some more information regarding your order so we can investigate to see what has happened. Different card stocks do have different production times, and the production does not start until the order is approved and charged, so there may have been different factors that may have delayed the order.

You're welcome to look up my order (which I have still not received), Order Number: US-GP-100-********. When I called to look into the issue myself, that is when I became upset.
If the turn around time for standard business cards is 3-3.5 weeks with your company that is fine, I would most likely use a different company for our business cards for a faster turnaround time, but still used GotPrint for our other promotional items. It was after my phone conversation with your customer service department when I made the decision not to use this company anymore.
This is the 5th order I have placed with your company, the first 4 orders where fine, arrived timely, and customer service was fantastic. I don't know what changed within your company but the combined production time and poor customer service was enough for me to stop using GotPrint completely.
