We received an order with more than a quarter of the cards misprinted. I submitted a ticket to customer service and had huge hoops to jump through.

They asked for pictures, and I sent them. Then they come back and say that they didn't receive the pictures. Their customer service is terrible - completely useless people answering the phone and they treat you like you are an idiot. Please do not trust this company with your printing.

The costs to me far outweigh the price of the order and it's your reputation on the line when you are having them print marketing materials for your business. I'm so disappointed, especially with the treatment I received on the phone call to the call center.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1000.
